Minutes of AGM of Ermyn Investment Club
27 May 1999
Present: DH, AH, RM, GA
- All agreed that the year had been eventful and had met the criteria set by the members that there should be 'fun' in the operation.

- Cashflow and trading accounts submitted by DH were discussed and accepted.
- Tax certificate re dividend payments had just been received and GA agreed to register the club with the Inland Revenue.
- Discussion on types of shares to purchase in the future with agreement reached that some 'long term' holdings should be added to the portfolio.
Current portfolio Greenwich 4000 sharesDesire 80 sharesRansome 1700 shares
- Agreed that new members should be encouraged to speed up the acquisition of shares and assist with the learning process. GA to discuss further with NE.
- Responsibilities were reallocated with GA taking on Chairman and Chief Tax Advisor and RM becoming Secretary. DH to continue as Treasurer.
- Substantial funds now built up in Bank Account and agreement reached to make further purchases. DH prepared information on Director purchases was examined in detail and five possible purchases identified. ( vote of thanks to DH for maintaining this database with full details of the director purchases/sales).
